We help organizations manage their data effectively and sustainably while providing insight into their data usage. By optimizing data flows from the source and processing only essential data, we make it possible to reduce the CO₂ impact of data processing and comply with ESG guidelines. With our approach, we contribute to measurable sustainability in business processes and help organizations take responsibility for using energy and resources more efficiently.

Only a small percentage of stored and processed data is ultimately used to make decisions. Therefore, it is not necessary to store and process all data. Our software is based on the principle of the Customer Order Decoupling Point (KOOP). This means we only include the data that is truly needed for the final information request, starting as early as possible in the data chain. By initiating this process at the very first data point, we minimize unnecessary data processing and energy consumption. Successfully applying KOOP requires well-structured data governance: reliable and organized data, clear roles, and responsibilities. We are exploring the technical implementation of this approach in our DAGONGIN software and the impact it can have on CO₂ reduction.

The result is a software solution that allows users to easily enter their orders and immediately see the CO₂ emissions associated with processing their data. When the recipient decides to store the data, the software provides instant insight into the CO₂ impact of storing this data for one year. This solution helps organizations make their data processing more sustainable and efficient by processing only the necessary data. This prevents waste of energy and resources and supports companies in achieving their ESG objectives. It makes sustainable data processing concrete, measurable, and actionable, with a positive impact on both business operations and the environment.
